Read MoreKathryn McCann is my guest on today’s podcast. She is the owner and founder of Hang Zen Yogis based in San Diego, California. Kathryn founded the Hang Zen Yogis company after years of being a professional dancer. Contemplating “what’s next” after dancing Kathryn now works on bringing harmony to the corporate environment and has stats to back up why we should learn to relax while at work. I thought her yoga expertise and mindset would be a great addition for business travelers and maybe we could all learn to relax a little while on the road.
With her expansion to Hawaii this year and expanding the company to San Antonio, Texas this upcoming January, she will learn how to balance being a yogi, boss, mentor and business traveler.
